HOUSTON, Texas U.S.A (Aug. 31, 2011) - OutputLinks Communications Group announced today that it acquired American Printer from Penton Media, including the printed magazine, website, special editorial reports, e-newsletters, online postings and online archives. American Printer is one of the most recognized information sources for today's printing professional. Terms were not disclosed.
The acquisition brings together American Printer with OutputLinks Communications Group's growing set of global business divisions in the corporate communication ecosphere, including GCWorldBiz, GreensheetBIZ, MPSConnect, CMOConnects, OutputLinks, OutputLinks France, OutputLinks Italy and OutputLinks Latin America.
