Bristol, UK, 06 March 2014 - Sefas, a leading provider of Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions, is exclusively previewing the next generation of its Open Print software – Version 8 - at IPEX 2014 (Stand N3-C292).
Open Print Version 8 features a more simplified Graphical User Interface (GUI) that enables business users to create and send communications faster and more easily via their chosen channels and media types. Using the new software, customers can benefit from what Sefas calls ’Martini’ communications, i.e. access to account-specific information anytime, anyplace, anywhere.
The omni-channel communication made possible by Open Print Version 8 allows information and content to be designed from a single access point, with documents being accessible via any device, or through traditional print channels. Access rights and approval workflows ensure that content and brand is protected, whilst a shared repository delivers consistency of presentation.
Open Print Version 8 offers four ways to enhance customer communication management processes:
- 1.Business users can access, create, amend, modify and approve specific areas of the communication pack concurrently, enabling instantaneous changes to targeted messages, regulatory requirements or brand modifications, and allowing organisations to stay ahead of the competition.
- 2.Content, including brand and messaging, is consistent across all channels, irrespective of delivery mechanism, and can be personalised easily.
- 3.It is easy to build messaging capacity from a pre-existing infrastructure. Using existing hardware, print facilities and design/composition software, businesses can re-engineer existing print-focused applications to omni-channel communication streams.
- 4.Customers are happier receiving information that is more personalised and relevant, in the media of their choice and within a consistent format and structure.
”Open Print Version 8’s new interface makes using our software easier, faster and simpler, allowing our clients to focus on their core business,” said Giles Hill, Managing Director, Sefas UK. “Open Print’s successful track record of managing the most demanding, complex and data-rich transactional information has provided a firm foundation for Version 8 to be the solution of choice for organisations seeking to manage effective customer communications across multiple channels.”
Sefas has been at the forefront of Customer Communication Management for 25 years, pioneering technologies such as collaborative design, automated document factory (ADF) capabilities, print stream conversion, transpromotional (TransPromo) messaging and electronic distribution.
