Marubeni Business Machines (America) Inc. (MBMA), headquartered in Miami, Fla., announced the appointment of Randall Swope as the new director of sales and marketing.
In his new position, Swope will manage the sales, marketing and customer service activities for MBMA in the Latin America and Caribbean region, which includes Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, Guyana, Suriname, Peru, Paraguay, Uruguay, Venezuela, Central America and the Caribbean.
MBMA is the exclusive exporter to this region for Konica Minolta, working with resellers throughout the region to provide high quality printing solutions to customers.
Swope brings over 35 years of experience in sales and marketing in the Latin American and Caribbean region, including 28 years in the printing industry. His experience also includes more than 14 years working in Brazil and in Latin American/Caribbean markets, as well as other markets such as China, India, Turkey, Africa, Middle East, Russia and Eastern Europe. Swope has been an active supporter of the Latin American print Industry and is recognized for his dedication to the print industry by the Latin American Confederation of Graphic Arts (CONLATINGRAF).
