Trends in the industry are seeing a focus on improving employee experience resulting in significant positive benefits to customer experience. From the help desk to complex contract provisioning to print service providers, returning a human touch to customer interactions is powering new business growth. This trend called “self-service” empowers employees with broad and deep business user interfaces to liberate complex, manual processes currently burdened by separated silos and lengthy outsourcing steps. Self-servicing is transforming document applications in regulated industries including healthcare, insurance, and financial services. Key to this transformation, is moving all processes from data, logic, design and output to a hosted environment. Through innovative web interfaces, teams can link together into efficient and flexible workflows. Elixir terms this transformation “The Alchemy of Experience.” In this webinar, we will detail three case studies of organizations we worked with to transform leaden processes into customer experience gold.
